Training is not always easy. But finding a workout routine that works for you and your body is a way of showing up for yourself. It’s taking care of your body and mind now - for future you. My goal is to make training fun, even when it’s hard. I want you to walk away feeling energized, a little happier and a little stronger every time. Yes you can get results without pain!
My classes combines the body awareness of yoga with the strength building of Weight lifting. My special focus is strength training for the female body, at all ages. The group sessions are for Women and LGBTQ+ and fit all ages, and bodies. We train mainly using body weight and the tempo is regulated to make sure the exercises hit the right spot. Expect a workout that will strengthen you long term and that you WILL feel the next day.
Join a group class or schedule a one on one session (all genders) where we have full focus on YOU and your goals. Outdoors or in a fully private gym- it’s up to you! This is training tailored to your needs.

Who’s your trainer?
I am Natalie, founder of Still North and The Women’s Business Table. I’ve had a life long love of moving my body. From semi- professional horseback riding to yoga, bouldering and weight lifting. As we age, the right kind of training becomes all the more important for our self image, overall energy and quality of life.
Moving into personal training in my 40s felt like the obvious choice.
I firmly believe that our minds and bodies are tightly connected and I love to see other women find their strength and build confidence in both body and mind.
